Putting your screenreader to sleep
These instructions are for jaws, if anyone out there can provide me with instructions for other screenreaders, I will provide them here.
1. With Rail Racer running, press Jaws key and the number 6 on your row of numbers.
2. Press alt S to bring up the options menu.
3. Arrow up to advanced options and press enter.
4. The first checkbox you land on will be labeled enable. Press the spacebar on this.
This tells jaws to go to sleep when the program runs.
5. Press control S to save this configuration for Rail Racer and close the configuration manager.
There ya go, now jaws will go into sleep mode whenever Rail Racer is run..
To turn sleep mode off for the game, just uncheck the enable box
For reference, Jaws uses the name GameEngine for all the configuration files related to Rail Racer, as the executable is named gameEngine.exe
