Rail Racer updates

Rail Racer Version 1.3 is here
The new release cleans up a few minor problems with the code, allows players to race in MP mode without using up nitros from their inventory, and adjusts the keyboard sensitivity to make leaning more responsive.
Additionally, the server code has been tweaked, and you must have version 1.3 to race online.
To get this update, click here:
Rail Racer version 1.3 This zip file contains 4 files.
If you unzip it to the rail racer folder, all files will go where they belong.
Otherwise, you will need to copy the gameEngine.exe and tcpIP.dll to the rail racer folder, and copy the two sounds to the sounds folder.
It is very important that you backup your settings to the web before installing this update.
To do this select backup player settings from the options menu.
If you are updating from version 1.0 or 1.1, you will need to delete your config.xml file in the Rail Racer folder before running the updated game.
Deleting this file will not be necessary from now on.
